Frances Pearre graduated from Tri-State Institute of Acupuncture in Stamford, Connecticut in 1989. She acquired her Masters Degree in 1998 from The Northwest Institute of Acupuncture in Seattle, Washington. Yelm Acupuncture Clinic was opened in January 1999. |

There is a popular tale about doctors in China. At one time, people paid their doctors only for regular preventative health care. When patients became ill, they would stop payment until the doctor helped them return to health. While this may no longer be the case in China, the principle of regular preventative care -tuneups- has gained popularity in the West. |
